If you see a "weird" thing or act fast becoming a trend, would you join the crowd so as not to be left behind?

I don't pay much attention to trends. If I happen to like something that everyone else likes, great, but something being a trend doesn't motivate me at all to "join the crowd".

Left behind?  Who is doing the leaving? 

If they are people I admire, or I need to be a tribe with them for some reason, I will go along-- as long as it does not compromise me in any embarrassing fashion where I am hurting myself or others.

So, if I have to wear a weird uniform to make money?  I am going to do it.  Especially if the money is good.

If I have to wear a uniform that makes me look like a slut or a moron?  No.  I am not that vested in money.

If I have to be accepted by people and not be myself?  I probably am not going to last very long.  I am not a great actress, unless AGAIN the challenge is for a great reason and I am up for the challenge.

It depends on the reasons why I need to compromise. 

(Will it get me laid?). Then yes.
