It's not necessary. It's a choice and it's the wrong decision. It's just escalating the conflict. The Russians will simply retaliate in various ways. The Russians are proud people are they are not going to just roll over like little b*tches just because of a few sanctions.
This bill has nothing to do with Russia. It's only purpose is to undermine Trump.
