One things dictatorships are famous for being bad at is controlling peoples ability to communicate. Ask in any country that have been occupied by a foreign power ;-)
Don't they completely block internet access/TV/newspapers? I thought the only TV was state-sponsored and folks were blocked from accessing anything on the internet the dear leader forbids. What kind of communication are you talking about JakobA? Underground meetings sure. But long-distance communication? How? Morse Code? I'm not being sarcastic. I'm sincerely serious.
