Have you ever walked out of a movie?

This was so bad, it makes staring at a wall watching paint dry seem like a trip to Vegas.

Ehhh, it would've been better if it was about 120 minutes shorter. :)

Plenty of dudes like them too. They just don't want to embrace their feminine side.   ;-)

  • I haven't, because the few times that I've seen a movie in theaters, I had already read about it and determined that I would at least find it decent.

In the spirit of full disclosure, PC's meaning and the flaw in the wording of my question went COMPLETELY over my head until your comment.

  • I was at the theater with a friend and 2 girls and we were just completely bored.
This movie won some awards and I love movies, but this is the only one I ever walked out of.
We just couldn't get into it and we had girls with us so we wanted to go drive around with them instead.

I have never walked out of a movie! Even if it was horrible I always had to stay to "get my money's worth."

You would have walked out of "Beloved." It was painful. Staying wouldn't be getting my money's worth. It was taking years off my life.

I've never seen it, thank goodness then! I've been pretty lucky with most of my cinematic experiences. I'm glad you saved yourself the time!

  • "No" ... most of my movie theater experiences were in drive-in theaters,
where what was on the screen wasn't nearly as important as steaming-up the windows. :)

Half the time you couldn't even remember what you came to see. Movie? What movie?
