Notification links have improved

I notice with great satisfaction that Motification links now lead to the page in in a long thread of answers and comments where the notification was generated. That is definitely better than just always going to the start of the thread.

    That kind of thing is very dependent on the Browser. Microsofts IE (and probably Edge) accept any string (even if it is all digits) as an anchor ID. Firefox and Mozilla accept only a string that begin with an alphabetic character as an anchor identifier. I do not know about Chrome and the other new browsers, but but I think they are more like the mozilla family and actually follow the HTML5 standard.
