Never having known anyone who attended such a place I haven't a clue what the curriculum consists of. But Doofus Donny is evidence of what the results will be of such an "education" so that's enough for me to see what evil lurks inside military schools. Thank you for your reply Shar! :)
As I recall, tRump was sent to military school as an attempt by his father to mature him. This is a common move by lots of people with rowdy, spoiled rich kids. Quite a few famous, productive people have been through military school.
Yes, Well we see what the product is of such schooling. Now if Trump had entered the military and actually served his country in battle he might well have been another person entirely. More...if I recall it was under Bush troops were sent to Afghanistan and increased under Obama. What more is there? He is gonna finish the job. I know it is a new concept.
We will see. He did say they (Afghanistan) are going to have to start holding their end of the bargain or we will leave. Either way it will be finished.

President Donald Trump's strategy on Afghanistan is a "good first step," former Ambassador Nancy Soderberg told CNBC on Tuesday.
In a speech Monday night, Trump said the United States will ramp up military engagement in the 16-year-old war in Afghanistan. He also blasted Pakistan for supporting terrorists.
Trump did not detail how many more troops the U.S. would send or specifically what he felt it would take to finally achieve victory in the war.
However, he insisted the U.S. is "not nation building again" and called on India to help more with Afghanistan's economic development.
Soderberg told "Power Lunch" she believes it will take more than military action to win the war.
"Right now the Taliban are making a comeback so a strategy that focuses on denying them the ability to come back and gain more territory is crucial," she said.
That said, "killing terrorists in Afghanistan has been our policy for 16 years but it's not winning. And so what's the winning strategy here? We still haven't heard that."
She believes Trump also needs to listen to the diplomats and come up with a plan that will deal with both the threats and the cause of the terrorism, Soderberg said.
"We're not going to end up getting at an end to this war until we get at the root cause of the terrorism which is the abject poverty and corruption in the government. And that's a long-term effort."
Soderberg expects Trump's strategy to evolve as he gets more involved in the details.
More deaths for sure. But now Trump (aka Doofus Donny) OWNS the war in Afghanistan and it will be all on him whatever follows. More deaths. More flag-draped coffins that we will not be allowed to see. Meanwhile he will out holding ego rallies or playing golf or eating chocolate cake. As if he cares! Well m'dear different strokes. I totally disagree with thee but you could be right. Time will tell. Fact is Doofus never served his country in the military or in any other way. Fact is he never fought in war. If he had he would have been an entirely different person..one that was tolerable or maybe even knowledgeable/capable/thoughtful/compassionate. He is none of those things in my opinion. Thank you for your continued defense of the Doofus. I know he appreciates you a lot. Ever attended one of his rallies? Since he is in full 2020 presidential campaign election mode currently and holds rallies all over the country I'm sure he will hold one near you. Gonna be there to cheer him on?
