So chickens aspire to be ducks then? Good to know. Which reminds me. Years ago I lived in Westchester, California. There was an excellent restaurant named T.J. Peppercorn's which served a Duck a L'orange and also one with peppercorn sauce. It was magnifique! I've had chicken that was very tasty. But the duck by far elipsed it! The a la is what is so scrumptious Sbf. Duck eggs? Do they taste like chicken eggs? I've only ever had the duck at T.J. Peppercorns. Was the barbecued duck tender? I have heard that duck can be very tough if not prepared correctly. Thank you for your reply. Oh. I'm gonna ask this question next but you get first crack at it. "What is most exotic meal you've ever ordered at a restaurant?" I'm not very adventurous foodwise. Are you? :)
