They photo-shopped pics of Tennessee and put them in Phoenix as part of the crowd.  Yep.    I know Phoenix has no grass downtown.  None at all.

Nope the people who posted the article did not lie. That is for sure.

He said there were 15,000 people but there were only about 5,000.

  • It's hard to lie when you add the word "about" as a definer.  You could say, "about a million" and would not be lying.

Well he didn't say it was ABOUT PACKED.

Donald Trump's campaign rally in Phoenix, because that's what the ****show is, has been off the rails from word one out of the compulsive liar and megalomaniac's would-be totalitarian mouth. He's got an overriding obsession though, and that's the size of his crowd—all his crowds—and how tiny the opposition is. He's got a great, huge crowd he keeps saying, that the fake media—CNN—won't show.

Here's that crowd. This post was edited by my2cents at August 24, 2017 5:21 PM MDT

  • You said "He said there were 15,000 people."  The stadium holds 18,422 people (best I can find out).

Below you said, "It barely filled the stadium" ... and ... "the place was half empty at least."

The picture looks like a picture of the lobby, not the seating area.  18,422 seating capacity implies seats.

    Okay ... you're turn. :)

Old School and I are looking at the pictures.  He said that the seats are behind Trump who is in front of the seats on the podium.

The rest are the standing crowd.   It may house that many people, but that is hardly 18,000 or so seats showing.

He is dying (not really)  in bed right now of an intestinal infection.  I will tell the man when he wakes.

I think you may be right.  There may be more pictures of this that tell the story better.

Yet none of the media reported this....none of them showed it live? Not even the great MSNBC? Sounds like they need to go back to reporter school.

    That's your answer to FACT?

I have pictures and a site.

I am sure MSNBC is not going to LIE about it if they do cover it.  I notice you are going everywhere except where the ARTICLE is.

Why bring up what places did not cover it?

How about what DID cover it?

No, I am talking about a live feed picture from the partially full stadium.  If I were the media as soon as Trump said 'look at the crowd---the media will never show it just how full it is."  Especially MSNBC....cut straight to the live feed of a half full stadium.

Pictures I have sen post look like the entrance to the stadium...but I have never been there.

I haven't seen any legit photos of the Trump crowd, only the protesters. I didn't even realize the police gassed people. :/

I didn't see that gassing stuff.

    ????

But this is out now.  There are articles of TRUMP lying about the great turnout.  A "smashing success" once again.

It barely filled the stadium.   They photo-shopped some pictures from different angles and tried to make it look like he really packed the place.

The place was half empty at least.

They even tried to say on the news yesterday that there were lines for miles.  But actually that had more to do with the fact that they were searching everyone and it took hours.  So it LOOKED packed but really was not.

I heard on the news that many people left early because they had waited for hours in 106 degree heat and then had their water bottles confiscated at the entrance. They couldn't last as long as Trump.  The mayor referred to a crowd of 10,000 inside and he is not a Trump fan.

Both Phoenix Police Chief Jeri Williams and Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton said "tens of thousands" of people were downtown Tuesday evening.

According to azcentral. So that means at least  20,000 and the said a approx 5,000 were outside protesters...20-5= Roughly 15,000 like Trump said.

Do you have any idea how long it takes to get 18000 people through a Secret Service x-ray line?  It's forever!
