    This excellent-to-me song (the best pop song in years at the point it was released) could be considered a break-up song possibly.

    "Apologize"  by One Republic

    ~ this is the Timbaland remix of the song (I laugh -- most of the youtube videos I saw of this version call it "Timbaland featuring One Republic" -- uh, sorry, Timbaland! You'd have no song to remix here if it weren't for One Republic!
