From my home town, Adelaide. Was that show in Calgary before or after Bon Scott died?

  • That's cool.
    I love AC/DC.
It was way after Bon Scott like in the 90s.
Brian Johnson was lead vocals, but they played everything and they sounded as good live as the albums.
I was about 14 or so.
I am always thankful I got to see them, it was cool. : )

They were way better with Bon. He could sing, Brian can't.

  • Well, he died, Bon was great.
Brian was a roadie I think?
He auditioned and did a pretty amazing job for many years, I think.
    Enjoy. : )

Nope, Brian was frontman for a band called Geordie, which opened for AC/DC at a gig in Melbourne. Bon raved about Johnson's act, "rolling on the floor, kicking and screaming". Johnson's appendix had burst, but Scott thought it was all part of the act.

  • Really?
I can or could play some of their songs on lead guitar at one time too.
I still listen to "Who Made Who" daily in my truck because when I was little my big brother left that tape in our room and I'd listen to it all the time.: )
I need an AC/DC fix every once in a while. This post was edited by Benedict Arnold at August 27, 2017 9:48 PM MDT

  • Really?
    It's almost 10 here.
I used to like a girl who liked a guy who could play guitar too, LoL!
I used to play guitar with my brother quite a bit.
He passed away and I can still play a few songs.
Maybe I should play again, it used to distract me from everything.
So you gotta go to sleep probably, huh? This post was edited by Benedict Arnold at August 27, 2017 10:09 PM MDT
