    Took old lady to church. She fell on way out. In hospital with broken hip and shoulder. 

     

    Never mind, they've asked me to take another couple instead...

    Gosh, Veena, it seems you're still bitter over the sentencing, aren't you?  I don't know where they found those 12 jurors, but the verdict surprised me more than it did you. Anyway, it was my first time representing anyone in court, so you can understand my inexperience.  (Listen, you're going to make sure to pay me, right?  After all, a deal's a deal.  You're busy right now, but I'll see you in six months.)

    This wasn't a disaster, but it didn't turn out well. Yesterday, I had an appointment in a few minutes and I needed to use the restroom. Inside the restroom, a woman was trapped in a stall and the door wouldn't open. I went in search of someone to help. When I finally found someone it took some time for him to understand as English was not his first language. When we arrived back at the restroom, it was empty. So, the employee thought I was nuts, I didn't get to use the restroom, and I was late for my appointment.
