Isn't that setting oneself up for misery 24/7? Why would any logical sensible common-sense person willingly do that? Why would you jump into a snakepit if snakes terrify you?

Well sweetie I only have me as a yardstick for others. I AVOID situations and people that I know will not please me. I go out of my way to do so. Of course you don't always know in advance what they'll be but mostly you know. Politics isn't for wimps or crybabies. EVERYONE knows that. So yes it surprises me that a crybaby wimp would actually go to so much trouble to engineer becoming prez. Would you plunk yourself smack dab in the middle of a life that caused you to battle everyone all the time because they couldn't give you what you want? Abject servitude and unlimited adoration?
