We cannot help how we think or what we think. It is automatic. Same thing with what/how we feel. Right?

Given that we are what we are and whom we are and are not in control isn't it silly to get angry at one another for our differences? It's not as if we can change anything.

  • If you don't have any control over what you think or how you think, pray tell, who does? That's a rather unusual situation to be in. I like the old saying directed at thinking which says: you can't stop a bird from flying over your head, but you can prevent him from making a nest in your hair.
