Trump owns a huge estate on the Island of St. Martin. He also owns multiple properties in Florida. Will he apply to FEMA for grants too?

Whatever damage his properties sustain should be reimbursed by taxpayers via FEMA, right? Just because he's rich doesn't mean he doesn't deserve to get however much money he can get whenever he can ge it for whatever reason(s). Right?

I dunno for sure but I kinda doubt it. He can afford to fix his stuff his self. Even if he qualified and wanted it he would get blasted in the news so it wouldn't be good for him. He also apparently gave a million of his own money to charities in Houston to help with Harvey.

He SAID he would donate $1 million. I don't know if he actually did or will tex. He has often in the past said he would do things financially that he never did. He said he would donate his salary back to the government when he took office. Has he done that? I don't know. Anyway thank you for your reply and the link and Happy Friday! :)

If he qualifies he can get it.
Most likely he has flood insurance so would not qualify.

  • He should. I knew a multi-millionaire who collected social security. Government money is government money regardless of the recipient's background and personal worth.
