Please tell me this isn't asked because of the alien, reptile, shapeshifter, descendant of Christ, etc., etc., ad nauseam nonsense!

I am. And I don't have red hair or freckles.

Being RH negative is as rare as being left-handed (not that rare).

I'm just going to shut up and post a link that actually explains heredity and blood types, including RH factor.

Will it explain where Rh- came from when not from a population of Rh positives?

RH- cannot be a mutation because it could not have survived in a population of RH positives. An RH + mother would have aborted an RH- baby so it must have come from a population totally removed from the basic stock. The implications are profound. Then what is it if not a mutation.  The same type of mutation that allows some people to have blue, green, and hazel eyes rather than all having brown eyes.

Something other than a mutation? Neanderthal? Not the same as having different color eyes. The blood of a brown eyed mother will not abort a blue eyed baby the second time around. This post was edited by O-uknow at September 10, 2017 10:51 AM MDT

There are issues also when Mother has a different blood type as well not just the RH factor.
