Could I have a court case thrown out because I play online games with a local judge?

I play a trivia app and just realized one of the people I play against is a local judge. If I ever get in trouble with the law, and wind up in front of him, could I use my "personal relationship" with the judge as grounds for having my verdict or case thrown out?

He would probably recuse himself...or at least should.

I find it doubtful he'd even realize it was me. We're not friends. We don't talk. We just do trivia matches.
