I'm not a fanatic. It seems many are for things or brands I never use.

I don't think I have ever used one.

Oh yeah.  I did use one that gave me a free bottle of Nexium.  Of course.

    LOL

But I hang around with people who use them and if they see something they think I could use, they give them to me and I throw them away.

    I suck.

  • I don't bother with them most of the time, but I see how if you really try, they can help you save a decent amount of money.

I use them when convenient and for a brand I do use, but they have to be 50 cents or more or I don't bother.

I've always used them, but the paper ones are rare these days.

Try coupons.com and print them yourself. I do it all the time.

Thank you, I don't have a printer right now, but I'll bookmark the site.  I am able to use digital coupons for some things.

If you are interested, I get rebates over and above any coupons.  I can give you a link, and if you use my link, I get a bonus.

I use Ibotta for rebates, I haven't tried any of the others though.

I think it is smart.  I'm smart but I don't fool with coupons routinely.  I know, that's not thrifty but I really hate fooling with the darn things.  I am that person who makes a grocery list but never has it when I'm at the market.  And I'm going to clip, organize, and have coupons at the market?  I don't think so.

I've recently started doing it regularly, mostly at Target and CVS. Using their apps alone saves quite a bit and then if I clip coupons on top of that and the item is on sale or gives a gift card, I can save even more. Certain items can end up being free. So I do it for fun to see how much I save. My last trip to CVS was $35 worth of items and I paid 50 cents  plus tax. It is time-consuming and it doesn't take into account the value of my time, so I don't think it's for everyone.

Hardly worth the bother of cutting them out.

Even I use coupons and if I buy groceries, my wife always reminds me to take the coupons. And if I forget to take them woe be unto me when she finds out....especially if they expire!!!! We have HEB and they have in-store coupons...and glad they do...but it seems they should probably have a card for their store like Kroger....save a lot of printing.
I think I'm funny when they say "You just saved $$$$ with your coupons." My reply is, "No....I just spent $$$$$$$$$$, so I didn't save anything."
It's ok....the clerk doesn't laugh either. Guess I'm not as funny as I think I am......

Why not use coupons, if they are for something you need?

I love coupons! Don't seek them out as much as I should but I've always considered them found money.

A Bob Seeger addiction is a very expensive addiction.  You need all that country gear and that horse and that babe-magnet car.
