Do white people generally handle cold weather better and POC generally handle warm weather better?

I think it is more of young and old thing rather than color. When I was younger neither one bothered me much. Now they do. The same with my brother-law, who is black.

During the height of the European slave-trading years, that was a common assumption that contributed to certain people's justification of the practice in bolstering colonization of other lands. It played well into the premise that even deeper profits could be made in places such as Sub-Saharan Africa, The West Indies, Central and South America, the southern part of what is now the United States, etc.

Maybe. There might be some correlation due to economic conditioning. POC tending to have lower funds in general might mean less air conditioning in the summer heat and less oppertunity to engage in expensive outdoor winter activity. Where a larger proportion of white people might be able to afford hiding in the AC during the hot days of summer and go out in the winter well prepped.

What I'm saying is POC might handle the heat better in general because their social status makes them experience it more. Kinda like how people from Florida act like 70 is hoodie weather.

I remember hearing (not sure now) that people in hot climates generally have darker pigmentation and their blood is somehow "thicker" due to the heat conditions.   I guess if your blood runs slower, you use less energy to keep vital and alive in the heat and if you are in very cold climates, you require less melanin and the blood thins so that it can move through the body quicker and, thus keep you warmer. 

I'm not sure if this holds water anymore.  I do know that the Latinos around here that do outside work, cover themselves from head to toe in the blistering heat.  They are used to it.  I would pass out in a half hour if I went outside dressed like that.  They are something else,  those guys.   They are Mexican Xmen.

Idk about handle, but whites have a higher rate of MS in cold regions

Doesn't matter what the temperature is, rich folks will find a way to complain about it.
