You do realize with that response, you're going to get a lot of people asking you for it.  Or, at least, one person that currently has a restraining order against him.

Tell the truth, Snookums; I've been after your number for over a year now, but you always make me compete with all your other suitors who are also trying to get it.

Now everyone has it!  Whatever happened to making your guy feel special and exclusive?  Never mind, I don't know why I'm posting here when I can finally just call you directly. I'm dialing the number now, 1-800 . . . hey, wait a minute!

One.  And it's a girl who is kind, smart and funny.   And one whom you all would approve.  Don even approves.  Besides, I am a Wizardress and can change anything at anytime. I know this was a safe exchange. :) This post was edited by Merlin at September 28, 2017 2:41 PM MDT

Eh, I'm not really sure anymore. More than five, but fewer than ten, would be my guess.

  • I don't picture a situation in which I would actually give my phone number out on this site or any other forum. I tend to see my forum life as being strictly separate from my "real life".

If anybody wants my phone number they can have it!  I'll be happy to let someone transfer my number to their phone because somebody keeps using it to spoof the caller ID and make robocalls to everybody else in my town so when they answer their phone all they hear is a clicking sound but it displays my number on their phone so I get calls all day that are either from people in my town who think I'm calling them and not saying anything or I get spoofed calls that display someone else's number in my town so now when I see a phone call from my own area code and I don't know who it is I just have to ignore it.  It's annoying!
