Has there ever been a show as stupid and boring Coronation Street?

WTF is this show?  Who chooses to watch something so utterly mundane and uneventful?

  • I'm an international moron mystery.

Like most,  I'm prolly seem more interesting online than I am in  real life.  In fact I'm fairly certain of it.

  • My parents would argue that with you. As would sister, Uncles, Aunts,  a few cousins, and several ex-bosses.

Children need things they recognize, if too many new things happen they fall into the chaos and loose touch with the show.

  • Have you seen this POS show?
I have,  it is litterally the same as watching two old ladies stop in the grocery isle and talk about what they had for lunch the day before.

I have seen a couple of episodes on youtube. And yes, that is a good show for small children. The problem is you, you are not a small child.

  • It's not a children's show.  You are thinking of something else.  It's a British drama kinda thing.

    Oops, You are right.
And about the show too. Even among British Series it must be one of the worst.

It's called Corrie, to fans.  I don't know, I don't watch soaps and I've never got into watching Coronation Street.  Maybe it's a generation thing, people often get fond of something because their parents watched it, and they end up watching it because it somehow brings them closer to the parent they've lost.  I felt a bit like that after Bruce Forsyth died, my Nan loved him and I felt not being able to watch him anymore was a loss to being close to my Nan.  Open all hours reminds me of my Grandad and I still watch the reruns of it.

I don't watch Eastenders, Hollyoaks (is it still on?), Neighbours, Home and Away so on so forth, I use to watch Eastenders when Den and Angie was in it, probably because I was living at home with my parents, I  use to watch neighbours when Jason and Kylie were in it, but not any more.
