Shar, did it ever occur to you that not everyone has the same perspective that you do about things? If she deems an orgasm to be important to her in that situation, then so be it.
And, as has been pointed out, nowhere was it suggested by anyone but you that the hour in question is one's last hour of life. It's buying an hour of time, not buying the last hour of life.
