Former Sen. Tom Coburn has a Conservative plan to amend the Constitution. You up/down/sideways with that? Pros/cons?

Says he want to restore the Constitution to give more power back to the states. Says Congress gave up a lot of power. So whatcha think? Good/bad/crazynuts? Because?

    I guess the Constitution has done a fair job, so why change it? After all, it is designed to be fair for all.
