Having press conferences at which ALL journalists are invited and all questions welcome/answered is Presidential. Why do da prez tweet?

No m2c. They have him on video/audio and simply show him saying what he says.  That is not twisting anything. That is showing everything. So I'm unclear about why you and others continue to use that defense when it makes no sense. I'm not sure what sources you seek out. If what you watch regularly never shows the video/audio of his appearances except of Sean Hannity interviews and rallies then of course you would not know that what they report on is based strictly on what he says which is provable. So we disagree. So what, right? Thank you for your reply.  If open press conferences where all journalists are invited, not just Sean Hannity, we can WATCH and LISTEN to how he answers things. That would be the right thing to do. Tweeting as he does is very cowardly. He is hiding from the press and refusing to answer questions.  Tweeting takes the place of showing up. His rallies don't count.  The "interviews" with Hannity on Fox don't count. They are all larded/skewed/configured by partisan everything. The rally folks are supporters. Hannity is in Trump's pocket and Trump is in his and Sean only ever asks softball questions. They had a real love fest the other day. Trump told Hannity that he was so PROUD of him and he was HONORED to be on the show. If that isn't a**-kissy I don't know what is. I have heard (don't know if it's true) that Trump calls Hannity after every  broadcast and that Hannity can change Trump's position on an issue. True/false? Who knows?. I do know that Trump loves  Sean because  he has NEVER criticized him and NEVER will. That's how I feel and what I think. I know you disagree with all of it. So what? We disagree on politics. It ain't the end of the world ! :) ((hugs))

When they don't have it in context and then add their "Trump is going to blow up the world"....analysis to it. 

 I admit editorializing is going to be partisan.  That's certainly true of Fox too. But that's what political analysts do. So to satisfy you would you require that the press cover an entire event from beginning to end so whatever he is saying is always in context? Do you think tapes are changed/sabotaged? Do you think clips shown of his more inflammatory  comments can't stand alone and must be accompanied by every other word uttered? His rallies have no nuance or levels. They are always one-dimensional geared to full out throwing red meat to rile the crowd. He reverts to the same old language, attitude, views just to suck up to his base. That is adlib Donald John. Teleprompter Donald John has a script  written for him to keep him out of trouble wordwise and to the extent he sticks with the script he sounds reasonable most of the time.. He is never eloquent but that is because his scriptwriters are limited and not eloquent. When he goes off script and does some rip tootin hipshooting those are the things that get reported on. We don't have to make stuff up m2c.  He does it on his own to himself to the great consternation of White House Staff . You think his convoluted pretzel words have been manipulated by the  press to make him sound erratic, hypocritcal and unintgelligible. They haven't. He does it to himself all the time without any assistance from anyone . Blaming what he says on the press is terribly misguided and untrue in my opinion. Of course he says they are all fake so you and other supporters believe him because I'm pretty sure you believe everything he says to be true.
