Is China still a communist country with the ideals that defined communism?

I want to know if communism is still alive and well.

Politically maybe, economically not even close. Communism is still alive and well in small pockets - Vietnam, Laos, Cuba. PDRK isn't communist and never was, ruled by Kim son of Kim son of Kim - dynastic succession equals a monarchy no matter what you call it.

No society ever has or ever will. At the highest levels there are no true believers. Communism is just a mechanism for fascist corporate interests to consolidate power by manipulating naive idealists.

The real ideal of communism is a boot stamping on the face of humanity forever.
