Can I move to Russia ?




i wonder if in russia they can give welfare cheques to a newcomer like me..... 



i want to do a business but in my country is not easy. since i have a police file in my country for nothing bad i did, well i want to move out.

    the thing is i am on welfare in my country, but a rule is we are normally not allowed to move out and receive wellfare while out of country. so thats why i ask , if i move to another country, i normally cannot keep receiving wellfare

    because i dont feel like working. its too easy money that people receives . you just do x tasks and youre paid everyday.

    Perhaps Chernobyl has some vacant apartments - Low rent, no noisy neighbors, a booming economy, void of crime and a healthy environment.  Sounds like a deal most would die for.  Maybe the government is offering free time shares. It's worth checking out.

    It's just a hop, skip and a jump from Ukraine to the Russian border. Well worth the price of gas to live in such a pristine area.
