    I have lasted about a 1 1/2 yrs so far....it not hard. But some folks do get upset...can't take it personal.
    Just have to make an effort to be unbiased. And moderate a rude post regardless if you agree or disagree with the overall sentiment or not and disregard who the user is as well (friend or not)
    And make sure you make a point of following the rules yourself. Looks really bad on a site if a moderator is biased or violates TOS themselves.  (Not saying you would have an issue with that) This post was edited by my2cents at October 22, 2017 2:51 PM MDT
