I am still new to amug and it seems some people here are really touchy. I don't want to offend you with my answer. I don't remember why you use the tilde, I think you had explained it in one of your responses to a question a while back. When I was researching names of English countryside pubs I learned the orgins of names of pubs in England are sometimes obscure, sometimes related to history or local specialties. When I was thinking of a name for your pub, I was thinking of the grapheme: tilde and the context of which you use it.
I misunderstood the question, I thought the name of the pub had to have The Flattened Tilde __________________
