I hope you will not ask the same question over and over.  You've already asked a near exact duplicate of this one on Wednesday.  You may have noticed someone asking many questions on the same topic ad nauseam.  Please don't make that your role model.

I was asking about governance in one and the other is the success in another. Governance is "the action or manner of governing a state, organization, etc." Success encompasses a wider gamut of things.

Do you think that a country ruled by the military can be a greater success than a democratic one?

Do you think that a military state would be better governed than a democratic one?

Military rules have at some point proved they can be better than democracy. The world has witnessed a lot of military rules. However, power tends to make a human do some crazy *****. The military has always made one huge mistake and that's personalizing the power and misusing it. This post was edited by my2cents at October 24, 2017 5:23 AM MDT

Define "success"! Many military dictatorships have proven themselves economic wrecks because the men in charge have no proper experience in administering civilian services and economies; and their lust for power over-rides any national-level managerial and financial competence.
