Do Con1servative/Trump supporters kidnap Democrat people and send them up north to Canada to be tortured and 're-educated'?

I live in a Canadian city and I regularly pass by a huge concrete building and I always hear a lot of screaming coming from inside. 
Just wondering what that might be all about..

    Oh!  I'm so sorry!  I didn't realize we were disturbing anyone.  I opened up a private torture chamber and you'd be surprised at how many people pay to be tortured.   This week's featured event is waterboarding.  Next week we'll use the Iron Maiden.  (Just got that beauty in today and can't wait to try it out)!

    Not really into torture stuff myself.
