So we don't know how many or what charges were filed as yet or their identities. Per CNN legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin "you don't indict the big fish first, you indict smaller fish in hopes of getting the big fish". So the first ones apprehended hopefully will make deals to have things go easier on them in return for which they will tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. The Tsunami begins.
