    Guess you are talking about building a wall to keep out enemy aliens?  Great if it would be effective but I see it as just impractical.  They will still sneak in and we will ship some of them back and they will sneak in again - is the way it will always be.  There is nothing beautiful at all.

    Beautiful or not, graffitti idiots will make a mess of it. Hey, Maybe someone on here can make a killing selling cans of spray paint along the border!

    They could sell billboard type advertising space along the wall to help pay costs and allow space for artists to do murals. 
    They could paint scary faces on the Mexico side to discourage trespassers.
