Dramical/theatrical! Always aware of the audience they play to. Are Americans hands down the most "out there" Drama Quees in the world?

Guys can be "Drama Queens" too. We think of Kings as being above dramatics, always calm, logical with their reactions consistent with and proportional to the catalyst. Only the Queens go haywire and out of control.  SIGH. I wonder why?
