    Never thought of life as a matter of following "pied pipers".  Perhaps some people do but I have my own path to make sometimes narrow, sometimes wide.

    It has always seemed significant to me that business people talk about "the carrot and the stick". That is how you motivate a jackass. Bottom line: business people consider workers to be jackasses.
