Being silly can be tons of fun at any age. Are you silly sometimes when you're home alone or with your mate? How do YOU do silly? Why?

We do silly by dancing or singing at home. Probably wouldn't do it out and about among strangers though. They'd think we're kinda peculiar!

    Bad puns. Groanworthy dad jokes. "Weird Al"-ing songs. Play wrestling with my better half - that can go from silly to sexy in a heartbeat. Pulling faces. She'll ask me to do something and I go "Igor" - 'yess, masstah' while hunched over and limping.

    I just laughed sweetie at your description of Igor! How many thousands of miles away are we? Boy that's powerful stuff to have traveled all that way intact! I bet you guys laugh every day at your house. We do. It helps to have a similar sense of humor doesn't it? Thank you for your reply Sbf. Yep. Probably wouldn't wanna do that in front of strangers or even other family members! Or maybe you would! :)

    Some silliness I can enjoy, some just seems like people being stupid.  I've never been inventive/creative enough to be silly though some people think my being serious most of the time is silly.  Sometimes I'll answer a question seriously on AM and that person will comment OK that was supposed to be a joke and I will feel so stupid myself.

    OMG that's me too officegirl!  Seriously. My default mode is serious. I was born serious. Most of the time I don't know when people are joking. Now my friends know that about me so they will clue me in "that was a joke  Rosie". Sometimes when I "think" maybe someone might be joking I will reply seriously and then to cover my butt I will say "unless you were joking". It's kinda lame of course and doesn't fool anyone but it's the best I got. You cannot change your nature. At least I can't. Thank you for your reply. So far except for a difference in some political views we seem quite compatible. I wonder what other traits we share? :) Thank you for your reply!   • My little woman lets me do all the cuttin' up at our house. She says that grown up men are just little boys with much more expensive toys and we have to let the little boy out once in a while. But she laughs and tells me I'm funny, even though I'm actin' natcheral. When I was growing up, we had these here big fambily get togethers and us kids would entertain the grown ups. We just never let go of it I reckon.
