    We were waiting at the airport and I kissed my daughter goodbye as her boarding was announced. On the cheek, nothing untoward.

    I can't do the linguistic pronunciation symbols on the tablet - upside down "e" etc.

    My mother said when she and my father were first married, people sometimes mistook them as father and daughter and made things kind of awkward. They were only two years apart but my father looks like a million years older than he is and she looks way younger than she really is.
