    I agree Randy but greedy? I'm not so sure.  I 'm thinking lack of pre-planning, looking into the future, and seeing the obvious.  
    For starters, we already have a HUGE over-population problem. When people bring more than the number to replace themselves (as you said, 2), they are inhibiting their children not helping them.  The competition for work, water, and housing will be immense.  I wouldn't think anyone would that future for their children.  Maybe greedy is a better word than stupidity.
