    I have bone spurs in the back of my heels. It is hard to wear boots.

    How do you get rid of them bh? Is it something that surgery can "fix"? If they're bone spurs would ingesting less calcium help?  I don't like boots. I think they're all uncomfortable and I don't have bone spurs. But I guess your point is that the the troops have to wear boots, right?  Thank you for your reply! :)
