What's the longest a cold has lasted for you?

I've had a bad cold for the past week. I can't remember the last time I've been sick for this long.

I dont remember the last time I had a cold. The most I get is some congestion...that lasts on winter. I just keep stocked on Halls. But other than that I feel fine.

  • I get at least one cold a year, usually two. You all are lucky :)

Three and a half weeks. I got over the first one and almost immediately caught another,

If you do nothing, a cold lasts about two weeks. But there are some home remedies that can knock a cold out in as little as two weeks.

A cold is usually preceded by a blue spell. Since you can decide not to be blue, you can decide not to have colds. I learned that in 1974 and I have been cold free for 43 years.

Nevan, strengthen your immune system with healthy ways you find online and is recommended to you. Also exercise to the point of sweating. Burn it out! This post was edited by O-uknow at November 4, 2017 9:20 PM MDT
