Speaking in Japan Ivanka Trump told an audience that sexual harrassment in the workplace "can never be tolerated". What say you?

I'm wondering if she really doesn't know what/whom her father is. How can that be?  Did she not see/hear the Access Hollywood tape? He bragged about his grabbing women's private parts. Now some say that was just "locker room talk". He wasn't in a locker room.  He is an old man. He was an old man at the time of the taping. Having old men say things like that is particularly disgusting and creepy. Sure he wasn't a prez candidate at the time of the taping. Why should that make any difference? Would you like the old men in your lives to talk like that? Your fathers and grandfathers or brothers or uncles? Who wants THAT in the family or among friends? No one. Who wants THAT as a prez? Well 62 million of you did. Go figger.  SIGH.

You know, there IS a way for you to edit your posts to correct errors, and it's just as simple as it was to post the error.

I imagine that Trump was just trying to sound 'hip and cool' to fit in with the younger crowd. I've done that too. I have a bunch of teen relatives that I blow their minds with my various true life stories, but they know I'm cool. How many kids have uncles and grandfathers who used to race motorcycles  and did stunts at county fairs?

Well she blew it! Having her say those words when her father is a notorious womanizer/abuser? Does she really think she is fooling anyone? I'm not the only one who noticed the hypocrisy. Many columnists wrote about it. Also her audience was very small apparently. The excuse was security took a lot of time. Yeah. Right. SIGH. Thank you for your reply bh. You adroitly avoided the point of my question. It 's OK.  I don't mind. :)
