Good folks always suffer at the hands of the bad folks. What/whom causes the bad folks to suffer? For the good guys to prevail?

Can the "good" become bad to achieve success? Are they stuck there?

    Don't know about that. Suffering is a part of life and no one of us is immune.  I would also mention that virtue is its own reward and you can't make book on it except with God.  Also that what is "good" or "bad" can be very much in the eye of the beholder.
