Hello my:
I don't speak for the Democratic party.. However, MY opinion is, that as long as the GOOD cops DON'T rid their ranks of BAD cops, the whole lot of 'em are bad..
Look.. Right wingers HATE teacher unions BECAUSE they force us to KEEP very bad teachers on the payroll.. Don't you think the police union does the same thing?

No, not really. I'm still a dem although NOT a Hillary dem. The BLM stuff is divisive for no reason. This is no better than those westboro idiots protesting funerals. It's not going to do anything good, at all, it's just going to make blacks more uneasy with cops and cops more uneasy with blacks and more cops and more blacks are gonna get shot. BLM I think is just getting hijacked by jerky people and they'll twist it into their own thing and make it a hate group.
Yes I do. I say get rid of the Police union too. I agree that they need to get rid of the crooked cops. But I still say you should give some respect to those who have lost their lives in the line of duty.
I will give you that the BLM is similar to WBC but there is one big difference.....no one defends WBC they do not get invited to speak at the RNC. Pres Bush did not defend them, like Pres Obama defends BLM.
This appears to be the "Convenience" of politics..doesn't it? Blaming entire groups for the actions of a few...
Saying ALL BLM and Democrats support those persons based on the actions of a few is the same, exact thing as saying that every single thing that Donald Trump says is representative of the RNC and all republicans views. Is that true? Do all Republicans have the same values and thoughts as Donald J. Trump?
If you are truthful, you will admit that my points holds more credence given that Trump was selected as the GOP nominee
No one person speaks for any entire group. But when a group has several people speaking the same type of stuff it does make a point. When several interrupt a moment of silence, when a whole group chants "Pigs in a blanket, Fry Em Like Bacon", when they tell the white people who with them at a protest to get to the back this is a black and brown event.....it does make a statement. And then they are defended by the POTUS and invited to speak at the DNC.
Again...you are makiong my point FOR me... How many crowds cheered Trump when he was calling for a "Religous test", asking for Russian help to secure info, ridiculing handicapped people, etc. etc.
I'm gay and guess what...I hate the WBC as was discussed by an earlier poster, but I will defend their right to do and say what they say (while cursing them and wishing them harm under my breath) because that is who we are as Americans. Does that mean I support Westboro Baptist church?
I would argue that just because you don't like that an ardent group of rabble rousers speaking inappropirately and not being acknowlededged that it does NOT not refelct their views or show acceptance. In contrast, how many protestors and news agencies have been removed or had their press credentials pulled by the Trump campaign?
They are still protesting at a moment of silence or at a funeral. It's still not doing any good.
The RNC distanced themselves from many organizations like this and we should too.
Seems so.
No I'm not ok with that.
It was a perfectly stupid tactic.
It is a perfectly noble sentiment.
So long as law enforcement officers are killing, wounding, and abusing people who are not a genuine threat to life and limb (disproportinately African-Americans) and not being held to account, BLM has a valid point.
Meanwhle, despite the recent dispicable unjustified shootings in Dallas and Baton Rouge, it has NEVER been safer to be a law enforcement officer in the United States (on a population-adjusted basis).

And so long as you get selectively butthurt about the antics of a few BLM protesters (compared to say, all the RNC people shouting "Jail Hillary" because....BENGAHZI!), there will be the suspicion that you value police officer's lives more than you value the lives of innocent Nig....er, poor/urban/ethnic people.
