Neither at a local mall nor anywhere else; I do not participate in the practice.

The local mall is gone.  Nice parking lot with grass growing up between the cracks. The good news is the seagulls are all gone, too.

I don't shop at malls anymore.  I do almost all of my shopping on line and will shop in individual stores.

I don't shop in malls either and I don't know anyone who does anymore.
    We all shop online.

(Look on the bright side: maybe some of them are those millenials who expected to start at the top of their companies fresh out of high school or college.)

My sisters and I stopped exchanging gifts when the nieces and nephews came along and now there are great-nieces and nephews.  It isn't as though no one will be buying them gifts. :)

We won't be doing much around here either. It's just not a big deal for me anymore.

I like watching the kids open their gifts, but for me it's not that big a deal either.

I do not shop for holidays. I let my wife do that and I don't know or care where she goes as long as she uses her own money. We only have one mall left. I've been there once in 15 years.

I don't Christmas shop.  I send a little something, usually money, to my grandchildren.  I give them and a few others really great birthday gifts.  Christmas is a celebration of the birth of Christ, not about buying gifts.  I keep the true meaning for Christmastime. I just found a good coat, Marc Jacobs, on Thred Up.  It was an 80 dollar coat and I got it for 13.  For my daughter.

That is the extent of my Christmas shopping. DONE now.
