Ever hear of Manuka Honey with K Factor 16? Ever taste it? It is EXTREMELY pricey and is supposed to cure a lotta stuff. Wouldja try it?

Supposedly tennis great Novak Djokobich eats it every day for it's antibacterial properties. Supposedly actress Scarlett Johanson uses it as a facial mask. I dunno. A very small jar is $25 in our local health store. If it does a lot of good maybe it's worth it. Mebbe not. Would you take a gamble on it, buy it and try it?

I recently bought a bottle of clover honey to experiment with.  Not much change here.

I have some in my fridge.  It tastes disgusting and I have yet to see it do anything worth while.

The price was what caught my attention Shar. It was ON SALE (small size) for $24.99 and the large-size sale price was $47.99. It was at Sprouts. Thank you for the feedback and Happy Tuesday! :)

Raw garlic is probably just as good, maybe better even and much cheaper.

Have you tried it Kittigate? Shar says the taste is disgusting. We use a lot of garlic so I think we'll just stick with that. Thank you for your reply and Happy Tuesday!  :)

Did some quick research.  Turkish honey supposedly has greater antimicrobial properties.

Recently had a wound that I was prescribed a honey based salve to place of the wound before covering it.  New treatment for me, but worked well--- apparently as an antimicrobial.
