I'm what they call an OCD perfectionist. I like neatness and organization. At my last job, I kept everything immaculate and in perfect order - back room as well as the sales floor (mine was the model department). My house is organized as well. My kitchen pantry looks like grocery store shelves - organized by type and section. My cupboards are organized not only by size, but by frequency of use (as are my closet and dresser drawers).
