Is there a serious moral decline occurring in America or was it always there and now the masks are being ripped off?

Sexually perverted men abusing women everywhere 24/7. Racsts/bigots who used to be covered by sheets are proudly marching now out in the open with signs and chants extolling the virtues of being white and being "Christian" as they show us how despicable they are? Was it always thus and now the real us is front and center or is the moral decay accelerating due to.. well...to what or whom? He who shall remain nameless?

    I don't understand how you guys can just hate so much. I could not muster enough energy to even get it going.  Isn't it easier to just get along and accept than to hate?

    I guess you just don't understand. We are wired differently. You have preferences in food, music, literature, automobiles, colors, singers, friends, whatevers. So do we. Just because YOU think the Donald John is hunky dory though not perfect we think he is EVIL INCARNATE. Now you may wish we did not see him that way. Guess what? We wish you didn't look on him with such favor. That makes us even. We suffer while you celebrate. It is what it is. Thank you for your reply og.

     With Trump we have racists marching proudly. They used to not do that. They hid under rocks in the slime where they live or under sheets. NOW? They are all out there all the time showing their faces proudly and loudly. That didn't happen slowly. It happened the minute the Donald John was inaugurated. You see it differently?     Rosie, you really go off the track from time to time. I mean you get so consumed by your prejudices that you don't even know what you are saying.

    When two or more people live in the same area they have to adopt some rules about who does what to whom. Any such rule is called a more', French accented e pronounced "mor-ay". The adjective form is moral, and the habit of following more's is morality. More's are arbitrary: they do not have to be right, only accepted. Another group on the other side of the river might have very different more's.

    You apparently assume that "moral" only refers to sexual behavior. It's hard to compose an answer when you get sidetracked like that.
