Summer because winter doesn't really get too cold and I like wearing my cozy jammies and fuzzy socks. Summer lasts forever and it gets ultra mega hot here and even hotter in the house. Ew.

Summer. The heater is natural gas, not electric.

Winter a bit more because I have the lights on longer.  I do not comsume much power.

We look forward to winter because it saves us so much money. We have electric for the air conditioner and gas for the heater. It costs over 1,000 dollars a month to cool the entire house, so we only use half of the house during the winter.

Your last sentence doesn't make sense.
    $1,000. Holy crap.

The electric increases gradually in the summer due to the air conditioner usage. At the same time gas consumption decreases to almost nothing in the summer. Vice versa for both as winter approaches. We are fortunate to have very cheap natural gas and electricity here.

Winter is a higher bill for us. Runs about $500 in the coldest months. Summer runs about $350-$400.
