    You can wear almost anything because you have no time period to call your own, so you can just cobble together the fashions of the past in an awkward manner and claime them as your own in either a genuine manner or an ironic manner. The MOST important thing it to look down upon anyone older than you or those that haven't updated their apps in the last minute.

  • If a guy,  you have to wear plaid and have a beard... but wear skinny jeans. So you have to look like going hunting from waist  up and like unsure of your sexuality from waste down. woman  just have to wear glasses and work boots.

  • Yes we do... Target came in hard here about 4 years ago.... opened all stores in all provinces and  cities,  at same time. ALL STORES AT SAME TIME. no slow entry,  Was insane. Then faaking pulled out about 2 years later.. Target is  like an idiotic  man. Push in too  hard,  then pull out too  soon.  Idiots.

    Even so, even doing that stupid thing I cannot believe it didn't catch on.   You must have some good competition there.

    And I agree, it doesn't make sense that they did that.

  • NO, we don't really have any competition for them as far as discount stores... they bought out a bunch of space that was occupied by a Canadian business that went bankrupt about yearish before. They did really well in profits in city I live in. They just faked up with open hundreds of stores all at once. I liked have them here. I wish they had had a better entry plan.

    I know why they didn't.  They are IDIOTS.

    I had a Trader Joe's here around the block. It was very convenient and it was ALWYAS packed with consumers.  So what do they do?  MOVE THE STORE several miles away.

    ??


    Why didn't they just open another one?  SO STUPID.

    - First you must take the classes.
    - Then you must pass the examination.
    You can only apply for hipster status after you have filled those requirements.

    Skinny jeans and fake big frame glasses are the staple of hipster fashion. Funky colored hair and way too many piercings is another sign of hipsterdom.

    Being older than I am you may remember there were "hipsters" in the 1950s and it meant you were "hip" because you appreciated things you couldn't get in everyday  9 to 5 working and popular culture.  Jazz, Zen, modern art and modern dance, European authors and so on were considered the good things in life.  Then, as I understand it, originally a "hippie" was a pejorative term for those people thought were too self-consciously "hip" in those ways.  Later it meant that you dropped out of society and did drugs and grooved on whatever. I was that kind in the 70s and perhaps you may have been.  So was surprising to learn a few year years ago that young people had revived the term to mean something entirely different.
