I broke only one myself.  And that is pretty good for 67.

I know you would never act on wanting to, so I understand what it must feel like to just let the mind run free for awhile till our filters kick in and thank goodness we have them.  LOL Or we would be sharing a cell somewhere.

A rib, a little over a month ago. Fell off a ladder. I'm waiting on X-Ray results regarding a possible fractured cheekbone - I stopped a thrown cricket ball with my face while umpiring yesterday.

I am begninning to think this question was tailor-made for you.  AND I am so sorry that it is. God awful, and glad it was not worse.

But TWO times in such a short span of time.  That sucks.

I don't know if the cheekbone is fractured yet, x-rays were only taken this morning. There's no obvious break but possibly a hairline fracture - it's still sore and swollen.

I have never suffered a broken bone, and besides that, I am designated NKA in medical aspects (No Known Allergies).  The combination of no broken bones ever and NKA means that they haven't found anything that can either hurt me or kill me.

Give it time. If you don't hurt yourself or have an allergic reaction soon, I have some ideas.

I don't know which bone broke last or if they broke simultaneously, but I broke my left humerus and my right wrist a little over a year ago.  The orthopedist said I didn't just break them, I smashed them.

Grrrr, you opened a can of worms here.  Now that my little finger is healed you can see the dip where it was broken.  I am  unable to completely close that hand (my right) and it is painful. Went to the Doctor and he said he was not broken.  Now it has healed that way and I am upset.  My handwriting is now awful.  When he said it wasn't broken, I said, "well something is wrong." His attitude was: eh!
Now a year later, I struggle in class for a test. Anything past writing for 20 minutes is almost impossible.  I have four finals coming up.  Three of them will be horrible to take. Grrrrrrr

This is embarrassing.  2nd toe on my right foot.  I was racing a friend to a diving board.  I was 19 and should have known better but the fact is, I would probably do the same thing today. :-(

I also tore all the ligaments in my right ankle RIGHT BEFORE I WAS MARRIED.  So, I was married wearing a soft cast. lol.  I made the best of the situation and asked everyone I worked with to sign it for me so the wedding photos would be colorful.

I broke my arm about 20 or so years ago. It still hurts occasionally and I can still feel where the bone snapped, there's a bit of a lump there.
Never do cartwheels whilst jumping off the couch, kids! I still won't do regular cartwheels because it just reminds me of that horrible snapping sound..

I broke vertebras 5,6 and 7 in 1994 while pregnant.
I was very blessed, no paralysis or anything. Those are the ones usually involved in quadriplegic injuries. They had to be fused together and I have a steel plate supporting them.
No harm to my daughter. This post was edited by my2cents at December 4, 2017 10:57 PM MST
