Why are you listening to this without checking it out yourself?  Man cannot live on eggs alone and that many is too many.  He has you eating like a weight lifter.  Don't do that.  Two a day is plenty.  Hard Boiled.

You can disguise all the grossness of an egg by putting it into a blender with a banana and some strawberry flavored protein powder. Tastes kind of like a milkshake. Cant taste the eggs at all.

  • They are the same.  Chickens with white earlobes lay white eggs and chickens with red earlobes lay brown or for some breeds called "Easter egg breeds" blue, green, yellow, or pink.

  • Organic means they aren't fed GMO and the feed sw organic grown and the chickens aren't given antibiotics.
Free range is what you want if you want a better egg.  Free range chickens get to eat more insects and variety of their natural diet so the eggs are most often a little richer in the yolk and a little higher in nutritional values.
