OLD and VERY OLD are always ahead of you. Do you ever catch? When?

When you're 20 forty is old. When you're 40 sixty-five is old. When you're 65 eighty is old. When you're 80 you're looking at triple-digit old. Is that how everyone perceives age? Old is always ahead of you?

  • Aren't you really, really old?   You tell us, we're too young to answer.

((hugs)) Well honey as you probably know I turned 80 last month. I cannot believe I'm that old. Jim is 82. We look forward to a triple-digit old age. What could it hurt? Thank you for your reply Spunky! :)

I do know you turned 80 and a very lively 80 you are!  I only look forward to a triple digit age if I have my wits about me. :)
